Digital Inclusion Program

Alpine School District’s community partner, United Way, is doing 2 things to help families with limited internet access:

  1. Computer Labs. Computer labs in designated public libraries throughout the county are staffed at specific times with volunteers who can offer assistance in both English and Spanish.

  2. Adopt a Computer. Low income adults can earn a desktop computer by completing 10 hours of time in one of the computer lab help sessions. Computers come from donations and are wiped and cleaned before being given out.
