Information About Fees

Fees for the 23-24 school year are $150 and must be paid prior to the first day of school. Fees are prorated during the school year for those that join later or graduate early.

Payments can paid by one of these options:

1. Online at MySchoolFees.com
2. Calling 801-610-8180 to pay for fees over the phone
3. Come into Polaris High during business hours
4. Mail check to 708 S Utah Valley Drive, American Fork, UT 84003
5. Pay during Back to School Night on August 14th 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Bus Routes

ATTENTION ALL PARENTS/STUDENTS – Polaris bus routes are created based on current student needs. To be included on the bus route, you MUST fill out the form here

Bus routes will be not be available to view until August 14.

School Breakfast & Lunch

In order to qualify for free or reduced-price meals, you will need to submit an application for the 23-24 school year. Qualifications are based on factors that include one or more of the following: household size; income; participation in assistance programs such as SNAP, FDPIR, and TANF; and living situations such as homelessness and migrancy.

Fee Waiver

If you would like to be considered for a fee waiver for the 23-24 school year, applications must be received before the first day of school. This includes a completed fee waiver application form and submission of one or more of the following documents:

2022 Income Tax Returns
The 3 most recent paystubs for each working household members
SSI: Current verification of receiving SSI payments
TANF: Letter of decision that covers the current period from Workforce Services
State Custody or Foster Care: Provide the Youth in Custody Required Intake Form and/clearance from Alpine Summit

Pay for Meals

If you do not qualify for free or reduced lunch, school meals are available at the paid rate of $1.25 for breakfast and $2.25 for lunch.

1. Pay for meals online (Pagar para comida en la computadora)

2. Pay in-person with cash or check. *Note that food service workers at Polaris cannot accept credit or debit cards (Solo puede pagar en efectivo o con cheque en el comedor de Polaris)
