The flat fee for the 24-25 school year is $150. These fees can be paid in the finance office or over the phone. Fees MUST be paid OR fee waivers must be approved BEFORE the first day of school.

To pay fees, you can use any of the following options:

1) Online at MySchoolFees.com 

2) Calling (801-610-8180) to pay for fees over the phone

3) Come into Polaris High during business hours.

4) Pay during Back to School Night on August 12th 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

To apply for a fee waiver, complete the following:

1) Fill out applicationFW-English24-25 / FW – Spanish 24-25

2) On application – Choose one of the options 1 through 6

3) Attach the proper documentation required

Fee Waiver application MUST be done each year. This is never an automatic procedure – parents must complete documentation. Please submit fee waiver paperwork by August 13th at the latest. You can bring in paperwork to the office or email it to Angela Hill at [email protected]
