Teacher and Student Success Act Plan (TSSA)
TSSA Funds will be used at Polaris High School in the following ways during the 24-25 school year.
- To support professional development in the areas of alternative education and intervention
- To pay for subs when teachers are at the conferences
- To increase belonging through quarterly activities and student gear
- To pay for certified teacher stipend as they participate in extra responsibilities involving leadership and management
- 5% to reward and retain teachers
