UVU Dental Cleaning Info

UVU Dental Hygiene Program is currently offering FREE cleaning and X-rays for all Titans!  Parents must fill out the paperwork (available in the office or link) and return to school.  UVU has set up a dental office here at PHS in order to make it most convenient for our students!
